1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or placing an order with Neshlife ("Neshlife", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or place an order.

2Our Products

All poultry and cattle feeds sold by Neshlife are manufactured at our ISO 9001 & HACCP certified plant and are intended for animal consumption only. Product images on the website are representative; bag design and packaging may vary slightly between production batches without affecting feed quality or composition.

3Orders & Confirmation

• An order is placed via the website cart, phone, WhatsApp or the contact form.
• Your order is confirmed only after our team verifies the price, quantity and delivery address by phone.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of stock shortage, pricing error or suspected misuse.

4Prices & Payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and are per sealed bag.
• Feed prices may change without prior notice due to commodity market fluctuation; the price confirmed at order time applies to your order.
• Payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking and Bank Transfer.
• Bulk orders (100+ bags) may qualify for dealer rates as quoted separately by our sales team.

5Delivery

• Standard delivery time is 24–48 hours for local farm delivery and 3–5 days for nationwide orders across India.
• Delivery is FREE on orders of Rs. 15,000 or above; a delivery fee may apply on smaller orders.
• Please inspect bags at delivery. Damaged or torn bags should be reported to the delivery rider on the spot for immediate replacement.
• Delays caused by weather, road blocks or other force-majeure events are beyond our control; we will always inform you promptly.

6Returns & Refunds

• 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: on your first order, if your flock or herd refuses the feed, contact us within 7 days for replacement or refund.
• Refund claims require the original receipt/order number and, where possible, photos of the product.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method.
• Opened or partially used bags cannot be returned except under the satisfaction guarantee above.

7Proper Use of Feed

• Follow the feeding guides provided on the product page, bag label or by our nutrition team.
• Store bags in a cool, dry place on wooden pallets, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Use within 30 days of the production date.
• Always provide animals with clean drinking water alongside feed.
• Neshlife feed is for animal use only and must not be consumed by humans.

8Warranties & Liability

We warrant that our feed matches its stated nutritional specification at the time of dispatch. Animal performance (weight gain, milk yield, egg production) depends on breed, health, environment and management practices, and therefore cannot be guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neshlife's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product concerned.

9Privacy

The information you provide (name, phone number, address) is used only to process your order and provide customer support. We never sell or share your personal data with third parties. Cart information is stored locally on your own device.

10Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the revised terms.

11Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
